History and Philosophy
In 1976, François Moser joined the company as a partner before taking over its management. Léonard Vernet joined him in 1989, and Stéphane Jaggi came on board fifteen years later and finally, in 2019, by Sophie Mydske-Moser and Henri Moser. So Moser Vernet & Cie’s roots run deep in Geneva’s soil. The company is devoted to developing and promoting Geneva’s real estate. While we are professionals first and foremost, we also value our human relationships.

Associations and labels
Our agency is part of the Union Suisse des Professionnels de l’Immobilier. This association guarantees compliance with professional rules by its members and plays an important role as the umbrella organization of the branch in Switzerland.
Quality Label
The Quality label attests that we respect financial and professional insurance criteria, certifying the good financial health of Moser Vernet & Cie.
Green Label
The Green label certifies that we are also very active in the field of sustainable development. Our energy policy is respectful of the environment in our management activities, and includes measures such as the optimisation of lighting in the buildings’ common areas as well as the optimised management of heating systems.
Training Label
The Training label attests that every year, we hire a trainee and an intern studying for his or her professional baccalaureate and/or attending a course given by the Institute of Real Estate Studies (IEI). Two persons having attended ad hoc courses are in charge of their training.
Broker Label
The Broker label is a distinctive sign that guarantees that the members who benefit from it conduct their brokering activities professionally with qualified staff in compliance with the deontological rules of the trade.
